Your email address (if you secure your account), the cases you choose to track and the labels you give them, your notification history, and a push notification token for your device. Case search terms are stored only on your device, never on our servers.
No Social Security numbers, no payment card details (Apple processes all payments), no location tracking, no advertising identifiers. We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone.
Case information shown in the app comes from publicly available court records via official and licensed sources. This public data is cached on our servers so all users tracking the same case share one copy.
If you allow notifications, your device receives a push token used solely to deliver hearing reminders and case-change alerts for cases you track. Deleting the app or revoking notification permission invalidates the token.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Our subscription partner (RevenueCat) receives a pseudonymous account id and purchase status to activate your features — never your name or payment details.
